Dated on 16th January 2018, Youtube have recently implemented a new review process for all channels applying to join the YouTube Monetization Partner Program. Get more information on the review process and eligibility requirements below : -

All YouTube users can apply to join as long as the Youtube Monetization Partner program is available in your country. Once a your channel reaches 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1,000 subscribers it will be reviewed to join the program.

You can check your channel's view count at Creator Studio > Channel > Monetization If you don’t have enough views, Subscribers keep working to make original content and build your audience. When you apply : 

You can apply to join the YouTube Monetization Partner Program and Once a your channel reaches 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1,000 subscribers, This requirement allows us to property evaluate new channels and helps protect creator content, your channel activity is reviewed to make sure your content adheres to the YouTube Monetization Partner Program policies, YouTube’s Terms of Service, and  Community Guidelines.

Youtube will email you to let you know as soon as the process is complete. You can also check the status of your application at Creator Studio > Channel > Monetization. The process may take up to several weeks.

  

If your channel approved: You will start earning money on YouTube right away if you've already chosen the videos you want to monetize.

  

If your channel not approved: If your channel isn't approved to join the program, it's likely because youtube cannot determine whether your channel's activity complies with the YouTube Monetization Partner Program policies and Community Guidelines.

You can keep uploading original content and building your audience on YouTube even if you're not in the partner program—and you can reapply again in 30 days.
 

How to Enable Youtube Monetization  Partner Program With Step by Step with New Implemented Process : -

Login to your channel Right Side Click on User Icon - Click on Creator Studio - Click on Channel Menu- Status and Features - Click on Enable Monetization - Monetization Page Open : 

Apply for Monetization : 

1) Read and Agree to the Youtube Partner Programs Terms

Click on Start  

Next Tick on Three Boxes and Click on Accept

 

2)  Next Sign up for Adsense 

Click on Start - Click on Next

Next Sign in Your Google Account Next Click on Accept association Next Fill the Your Information and Submit Application

Now Page Redirecting back to Youtube Monetization Page

3) Set Monetization preferences 

Click on Start Next Ad Format Page Open And Now Click on Save

4) Get reviewed after reaching 10,000 views 

Upon reaching 4,000 watch hours in the previous 12 months and 1,000 subscribers, your channel is automatically reviewed to make sure it complies with the YouTube Monetization Partner Program terms and our Community Guidelines. Youtube will email you a decision, usually within a 6 to 12 Months.
